Changed your mind?

If you are located in the EU, you have the option to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a withdrawal, please use our Order Withdrawal Request Form below or contact us with a clear statement that you would like to withdraw from your purchase.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you can still request a cancellation. In this case, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. If you request a return label from us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Returned items must be unused and returned in the same condition you received them. Original packaging is appreciated, but not essential.
