Our products are made in small batches to avoid excess inventory and over-production, and we maintain a small inventory to align with these values. Please allow up to two - four weeks to receive your order from the date it is placed.

We offer shipping worldwide. All available shipping options, including free worldwide standard shipping, will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive tracking information to keep an eye on your package.

At Chalo, we put a lot of care into everything we make and want you to enjoy your purchase for years to come. Our products are handmade in small batches at our family-owned tannery and factory.

We offer a 4-month limited warranty for manufacturing issues, like early tears or hardware concerns that aren’t from regular wear. If something feels off, please send us your order number, a brief description, and photos, and we’ll review it together. If a repair or replacement is needed, we’re happy to provide it for you. The only thing we ask is that the customer covers the shipping cost. Since we ship worldwide and keep our operations small, this helps us maintain our commitment to quality and values while still being able to serve you.
